So, what is Verified all about?
If your business is verified, it means we’ve made extra and more detailed checks into the information you’ve given us.
Any wellbeing business can sign up to become a partner, but we’ll only list the ones that have an identifiable business address and are trading.
Over and above that, you may want to provide prospective clients with an extra level of reassurance, and that’s where verified comes in.
What do I need to do?
First of all, let us know. Visit your Practitioner Profile and navigate to Profile Manager…
At the bottom of the page is Account Verification. Open it and you’ll be given two choices: 1. Verify your account and 2. Send us your documents. This is the screen you’ll see if you hit 1.
By choosing this, you’ll send a message to our Keia support team, who’ll get in touch to guide you through the process and give you more information.
If you choose 2. Send us your documents, you’ll save time by sending us what we need straightaway. Your email will open up and you’ll be able to attach all the relevant documents.
You can also choose this option if you’re re-sending documents for example if your insurance has expired.
What do I need to send?
- Evidence of qualifications for each of the services you offer on Keia. This will be the certificate you were given by your examiner or qualification provider on completing your studies or course.
- Proof that you have public liability and indemnity cover for the services your offer on Keia. Please note that it’s your responsibility to send us a new certificate once a year when your insurance is renewed.
- You can also send, but it isn’t mandatory, evidence of membership or affiliation to any organisations.
This will need to be scanned or photographed (to create a digital copy) if you only have a paper version. Please don’t send us your originals as we won’t be able to return them.

What happens next?
Please give us 5 working days to process your documents from when you send them into us. If they fit our criteria, you’ll see a green tick appear next to your business name in the Keia listings.
In the unusual situation that we’re unable to verify your business, then a member of the Keia support team will be in touch.
