Dusty Knuckle Pizza


People often ask me ‘how you can live without cheese on pizza??’ Honestly, it makes it pretty easy when the base is as puffy and delicious as the one at @dusty_knuckle

Cabbage and beetroot soup

Nothing to borscht about but I made a really tasty cabbage and beetroot soup 😋

Purple veg is super awesome as it contains anthocyanins which can help protect and heal your cells from damage! They protect you from many lifestyle diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular and neurological diseases as an added bonus 😉

This is a super quick and easy soup AND as it’s fairly low in calories you can have a massive bowl!

Just make a basic soup stock (onions, celery, carrots, leek, bay leaf) then add 3 beetroot, a sweet potato, a small red cabbage and stock. I put a few teaspoons of dill in and finished with apple cider vinegar.

As my mum can’t eat beans I left them out but if you want a more filling soup a tin of any kind would make a great addition.
